What are the physical requirements necessary for a UXO? Is this a job that a woman can do? Have you seen any in the field?

Can a Woman Work As a UXO Technician?
by: Steven

Laura,

Thank you for contacting me about women working as UXO Technicians.

YES!!!

Although the field is primarily men, I've knows a handful of women to come out and outwork most of the men while making some great money along the way.

I've only seen one woman show up that could not work. She was horribly out of shape and overweight. She lasted about 3 days with the 2nd day on bed rest in her hotel room. Her physician should not have signed her OSHA physical.

Test yourself. Go for a walk in a nice park. Start at 7am. At 9am kickback in the shady grass for 15 minutes and then start walking again. At noon, sit down in a shady area or your car for lunch, check emails, return phone calls and listen to the latest Action Figure Therapy. If you don't know AFT, then I suggest hitting YouTube immediately.

After lunch start walking again and at 2:30 take a 15 minute siesta. Walk another Hour or so. Go to the closest pub and grab a beer.

If you can do that, you're good to go.

Hope this helps.

Steve
